TMI warning/no picture

We’ve been TTC. All negatives so far. I had what I though was implantation bleeding (09/01) two days before I was supposed to start (09/03) so I was going to wait until then to test. I was woken up the next morning (09/02) with extremely painful, violent cramps and then passed multiple large blood clots and had horrible cramps the rest of the day. The next day (09/03) I had a light/medium ish flow. Then today (09/04) I have only spotting.

This is not normal for me at all. Should I be concerned?
