Missed period

Hello ladies i have a question... have any of you missed your period and thought you were pregnant but you take a test and it comes out negative? It feels like as soon as my bf and i started trying i missed my period. At the beginning i did feel super tired and always felt nausea and thought i has implantation bleeding. I took a test and it was negative. Here we are about 4 months later and I still haven’t had a period, Ive taken multiple test since then and they are all negative. Has anybody ever had this happen before?
