5th birthday party

Just wondering how birthday parties work. I feel stupid asking but our daughter started 4K and she will be turning 5 in December and we would like to throw her a birthday party since now she will have a bunch of friends to invite. But what I am wondering is since we are inviting the kids we pay for everything like food, drink and admission if a place cost something to get into or for all rentals correct? Also do the other parents stay and we pay for everything for them as well or do they drop their kids off? I am so new to this and none of our other friends have kids so I just wasnt sure how we should go about doing this. Thank you 😁
