Newborn advise please

My daughter is just over one week old and is formula fed, her poo recently has been clay like consistency with an yellowy/orange colour. She seems to be straining a little more to poop too.

If this is constipation what can I do to help her relieve it and is there any chance she might not be getting on with the formula shes been having?

I will call midwife in the morning but just wanted to see if anyone else had an idea.
