Conception&period

So I have the implant which is my second one. I had it put in June 13th before my 1st one was due out. I spotted on the 16th June and since then I have been period free like the 1st implant. From sat-mon me and my fella had sex every night so 3 night in a row... now yesterday I noticed blood on tissue when I wiped, not much but could sort of push more out(defo comin from vagina btw!) sorry for tmi... nothing after that until today when I could feel it coming so I checked and of course blood.. just there’s not much like would you say it’s a period? I haven’t even leaked in bed sheets or clothes, bloods a lightish red colour if that’s any help 😂 also because I don’t have periods this app isn’t right there all over the place so I don’t know if I’m even due one
