Tips on induction

So I am in early labor and not dilating any so my OB is inducing me Friday morning at 8 am. She told me to not eat anything after 2 am that day. Does anyone have any tips for induction? First time mom and nervous! Was trying to avoid induction but they want to induce me. And I can tell now I will be getting epidural. The pain from these contractions is to much! Would love to go natural but I know I cant. Any tips would be greatly appreciated!! Thank you!
