Any women out there experience nipple vasospasms?

Omg it happened to me a couple of times already and ladies the pain is on another level! Basically when it’s cold the tiny veins in the nipple go into such a spasm causing the nipple to turn white and the areola to turn purplish! This is common for women with Raynaud’s phenomenon (lucky me). The white nipple is basically the lack of blood getting to the tip. I’m so nervous this is going to interfere with breast feeding! Any one else experience this ?? Ps my thermostat was only on 70 when this happened I was a little chilly at most but my nipples were so hard !
