Is this my baby moving?

I'm 19 weeks and 4 days today and last night when I was laying down relaxing I started having this feeling it's like a weird dropping sensation like a bobber in my pelvic area bobbing underwater cause a lil perch just took the bait it goes down towards my butt/back then like a lil swishy feeling almost like a mini wave. Ik it's weird but that's the best I can describe it. I've only felt it twice all day today but I've never felt anything like this before. Would this be my baby boy moving?
