Help! UTI or no?

Around lunch time yesterday I noticed a little blood on my tp after peeing and a slight burning sensation. My immediate reaction was that I have a uti. I’ve been getting them every 6 months or so since having my son (he just turned 1) so I’m starting to become familiar with my symptoms. Today the burning was still present but very very slightly. I have no foul smelling urine, bloody urine, or cramps. Just the occasional stinging after I wipe. Out of curiosity I used my last AZO UTI test kit I had in my cabinet and after waiting 2 minutes for the results the top section, the one checking for leucocytes, was slightly purple but the bottom section had no color. The instructions say to test again in the next couple of hours but I can’t as that was all I have. Of course all of this would be happening during a hurricane evac in my area so I don’t know when/if I’ll be able to get into the docs to get antibiotics soon or not. Should I consider the result as a positive and try to get into the doc? Or just wait a few days to see if the symptoms I’m having subside or worsen? Current chugging all the water we have (maybe not the best idea during a hurricane) 🤪 but I’m losing my mind on what to do.
