WHATS GOING ON !! 😩

I was spotting 5 days after ovulation just pink when i wiped So in my head i was like ok my periods about to start but never did and the spotting went away . Honestly GLOW is always spot on with my cycles even when they change ! Yet AF Is yet to come im 10days Late my app says but if im going off my last period im 5 Days Late i took to hpt which came out negative ive been TTC For 5 Months Now and im so Lost / Confused what could be going on ?
