Cervix and TTC

So this might be "out there" but I just had my first true positive opk Sept 1st. I read online you can check your cervix to see when you ovulate and even pregnant. Ovulation- soft and high. After ovulation- lowers and becomes firm.

I read if you're pregnant it'll rise and be soft? Mine is firm or what I consider to be firm. So does that mean I can already rule out that I have no conceived this month?
