Advice needed

So I’ve got PCOS and insulin resistance and I’m 5 days late..

I’ve been feeling like crap for the past 2 weeks and have had 2 pee sticks come back negative, this evening I went to the doctors and their pee test came back negative but he thinks I’m pregnant and is ordering a blood test...

My question is has anyone been in this situation and actually been pregnant or not pregnant? I’m panicking because pregnancy is definitely not something I’ve planned for in my immediate future
