She told me to not smile.

I work in retail I see a lot of different people each day , today this lady told me to try and not smile so much because that’s why I have smile lines and smile lines will age me! I felt so offended and thought it was such a rude thing to say but my response was well I smile so much cuz I’m happy and I’m okay with aging it’s part of the cycle of life, I smiled and told her to have a great day❤️

I will personally never understand how so many people are so crucial about preventing aging and how society makes it seems like such a bad thing! all these procedures to erase age is insane. I drink my liter of water, eat my vegetables exercise on the regular I think that’s as much preventing aging I’ll ever do!

I do have very deep smile lines but the way but I think it’s genetic my mom has them and I got them it never bothered me personally 🤷🏾‍♀️!
