How often do you change your baby?

So I feel like I’m going through 300 diapers a day. Do you guys wait to change baby after a feed even if their diaper is already full? When do you guys usually change? My baby is getting a bad diaper rash I think from the constant wiping 😥

I change him as soon as I notice he’s dirty. Sometimes I give him a couple minutes to finish his business.

I typically change him as soon as he wakes up from his nap before I feed him. Especially if he pooped. 
  I also use Aquaphor for diaper rashes/redness

Use some coconut oil for rash this early. Once the little booty can handle it, I use desitin for really bad rashes. (Ex Daycare teacher here) 
I change once baby wakes up, regardless. Feed baby. Do whatever. I will only change again if poopy. Otherwise new diaper once babe wakes again.

It would be impossible to change my baby every time she’s dirty because she pees all the time. But I change her after she takes a nap and before I feed her or sooner if she poops because I don’t want that to stay on her for long. Other than that I don’t bother. Her diaper is only very full of pee after like nighttime because she sleeps pretty long stretches.

I was changing baby every hour but now I wait until he wakes up from a nap or a little while after eating.

I always change my son after he has his bottle. He tends to poop either during or a few minutes after he’s done eating.

We use Vaseline (baby) for their diaper rashes...never used diaper rash cream...change them once I see it’s dirty...maybe it’s the brand of diapers you use? Baby could have a allergic reaction to it
