Is it my breast milk already leaking?😯

I’m 23weeks 2days today and for about a week now my nipples have leaked clear, water-like liquid like crazy! My nipples have been extremely sore and sensitive this whole pregnancy but now I’m getting sharp pains in them.

When I was pregnant with my son (he’s now 3) I didn’t start getting my milk in until 32+ weeks and it was never clear. But could I be getting my milk in early?

Anyone else going through the same thing?
