Freaking out! Prometrium/BFP

So I don't get pregnant easily and pretty much thought it would never happen. My dr prescribed me progesterone 10 days a month to help regulate my cycles. I was on synthetic for one month and this month I didnt start so I started taking prometrium 4 days ago. I got really sick and thought omg I never thought to take a test, so I did. It was positive and so were 4 more. I called my dr because I'm on day 4/10 of prometrium to bring on my cycle. We had talked before about how if I did get pregnant I'd need to continue taking it, but today she told me to discontinue it and see her in 2 weeks. Will that cause harm!!??
