Doppler! 17w! Anyone else have one??

Just got my doppler today and gave it a go, both hubby and found baby pretty quick. But i will say it seems like bubz knew about the doppler, he was super active and kicking the doppler! After a few kicks we stopped just incase it was stressing him.

I don't think it stresses baby, but mine does the same thing. I find the heartbeat quickly then I hear a swoosh and have to search for the heartbeat again. 😆 my first did the same thing

My doppler has been a sanity saver for me but baby totally swims away from it. 😂 I only use it for about a minute. I have an anterior placenta so at least I can hear kicks and movement since I likely won’t be able to feel it for awhile.

I use it every Sunday and Wednesday. My dr went to find the heartbeat today and I was like "no, put it here". She found it the moment she touched that spot.

Yea I used one throughout my entire pregnancy with my 3 year old. It was especially helpful when I had issues, like lower than normal amniotic fluid. I was able to hear him often and it gave me comfort.
It is a loud noise to them, so it’s best not to keep it on for a long time. I try to use it 1-2 times a week or less.
