Help?!

My son has a congested nose bad, he can barely breathe and will cough it’s so bad but when I go to suck his nose NOTHING comes out. I was changing his diaper and he started freaking out cause he couldn’t breathe so I instantly flipped him over and he had this white/clear watery stuff shoot out his nose and idk what it was! I’m such a nervous wreck. I tried saline drops and he wouldn’t let me put much in there at all but Lord his nose sounds bad and I’m sitting up watching him just making sure he can breathe and isn’t choking up again. Maybe I’m not sucking his nose right? Help 😭😖
