HELP!!!

Has anyone experienced a vaginal hematoma? I have a very large one on my right vagina lip.. and am in such terrible pain. I’m trying to find remedies or basically anything to help ease the pain some and speed up heal time. Would also like to know about how long the severe pain lasts, how long I have to expect it to stay around, and any other information. My dr gave me very little because he had never seen it before in his career. :( Also, it was caused from a varicose vein I had while pregnant and giving birth made it bust out, bruise terrible, and swell huge.
