Ttc 3rd time trouble anyone????

So I’ve been pregnant twice and got pregnant easily both times this time around it’s been over a year I made a year in March. I ovulate every month and I have an appointment set for Monday morning with my obgyn. I’ve gone before in the past when I had some midcycle cramping did an ultrasound etc and it was nothing that would affect my fertility and she said I should have no trouble trying to conceive. Has anyone been in this situation? I’m just curious as to what the next step could be when I get positive opk every month my period comes two weeks after the positive. My period isnt super regular but I think it’s regular enough. Just trying to get some insight
