What is going on??

What does it mean when you have discharge coming from your urethra?? I also have burning sensations when I pee and pelvic pain. Sometimes vaginal discharge and foul urine smell when I pee multiple times. Every time I get checked out everything is clear of yeast infections, utis, stds. I have an appointment to see a urologist October 3rd and I can’t wait that long. I am miserable and in pain. Do anybody know what this could be I am starting to think I have urethritis for a long time now. It sucks because doctors act like they can’t swab your urethra or won’t listen!! They test you for the same thing over again or send you to a specialist uggh!
