Extremely pissed

So the company I work for is making me use all of my sick and vacation days for my ob appointments. I have ran out of sick and only have about 3 hours of vacation left. After that I have to use unpaid personal day which mean I have to take the whole day off for a 2 hour appt because they do not allow us to break up the time. You have to use the whole 8 at once. When I run out of those days then im pretty much screwed and hope that I can get my time approved for the rest of my appointments. Does anyone else's company do this or what is there time off policy for pregnant women. Oh wait I failed to mention we dont get paid maternity leave either 😠😠😠😤😤
