Tuna casserole
I made a post the other day about staying with my MIL and her terrible "goulash". Her "goulash" was elbow noodles, corn, tomato paste and barbecue sauce.
Tonight she made "tuna casserole" which was tuna, corn, mayonnaise, shredded cheese and onions.😐
I would really love to excuse this as her being from Illinois and me being southern but there's no excuse for this blasphemy she keeps committing.
(She won't let me cook btw, every time I walk into the kitchen she's right behind. She's never even tasted my cooking.)
* I don't have a problem with her being from Illinois. But it's pretty well know that northern food is different than southern food.
* I'm not living with her. We're staying with her for a couple days while we're in town.I didn't want to she guilted my husband into us staying with her.
* She seriously won't let me cook. I can go into the kitchen at midnight and somehow she appears out of nowhere trying to shoo me away.
* The casserole wasn't even baked 😂 She cooked the noodles with the onions and then mixed it all together.
