Am I wrong??

My sisters dog broke my 30$ candle and she doesn’t want to give me the money to buy a new one because “she’s not giving me money bc I treat her like shit” And she thinks I’m just using this as an opportunity to get a new one. so we have a rocky relationship and don’t treat each other the best but I don’t think that means she shouldn’t do the right thing and replace my candle. I know it’s just a candle but the sent and memories behind it (loved and shared it with someone who’s not here anymore) meant something and I just want a new one and think since her dog broke it she should do the right thing and replace it. When her dog chewed her friends purse she bought her that exact 50$ purse. She shouldn’t treat me any different bc we have issues.
