Must have baby product/item

In my second pregnancy after a ten year gap lol. So I'm sure SO much has changed. When my daughter was a baby a must have item I absolutely needed on hand was Johnson and Johnson bedtim lavender baby wash because regardless of how cranky and miserable she was. Give her a bath in that stuff and she was quickly asleep soon after bath time. Lol. So now I wana know. What are some other must have items that you find were super helpful?!
