I think I made a bad bet...

So my partner and I decided not to find out the gender of this baby. We already have a 3yr old daughter so baby daddy is really hoping for a boy. I’m not really rooting for either gender, though I do feel we are doomed to have all girls since he’s the oldest of 8 children, 6boys & 2girls. I just feel his genetics are making up for that because all of his brothers have had girls, aside from one brother having a son for their second kid. Anyways, we have a beautiful name picked out if we have another girl but I’ve been struggling with the boy name. He wants Eli which I’m cool with that but I couldn’t settle on a middle name. I came up with a list of maybes and thought we had agreed on Eli Jaxx but now I don’t really like the sound of it. I would like Eli Kurt but he simply won’t allow it since our daughters middle name is already Cobain. He’s been trying to talk me into using Goku as either a first or middle name since my first pregnancy and I’ve always been against it, even though we both love DBZ I just see the future eye rolls for it. So I made a bet that if he’s right and this baby is a boy then he can name him Eli Goku, but if he’s wrong and we have a girl then any future son we have will be Eli Kurt.

Oh man, what did I get myself into LOL 😂
