Eating disorder

I know it’s said that eating disorders never go away, but I truly believed I was over it in high school I was diagnosed with anorexia and got treatment for it and learned how to deal with it and with time I never ever thought about it, but now 11 years later, about a month ago I took all my clothes off and looked in the mirror something I do often but this time I saw something I hadn’t seen in years and all the feelings of hate and seeing fat came back and I cried my eyes out, and then I told myself oh it’s fine I just won’t eat tomorrow and this extra weight will fall straight off and my tears dried up and I was fine... so the next day I Didn’t eat and then the next day I didn’t eat again, this has been going on for a month now.
