Coffee while pregnant?!

Is it safe to drink Coffee while pregnant?
I crave ice coffee from dunkin with only cream. no flavor or sugar. but is it okay to have caffeine while pregnant?!

Yes you can have 200-300mg of caffeine so just look up how much is in Dunkin’s coffee. A lot of people say to just stick to regular instead of decaf because they use so many harsh chemicals to strip the caffeine out but you can decide on that.

Yes but check the content. If it’s iced coffee then it would be fine to get one small/medium one. But if it’s cold brew, the caffeine concentration is a little higher and might be on the edge of how much is safe to have each day. Depends on the sizes and type of coffee too. It varies. But stay at about 200mg. Start slow and small though because many times when you’re pregnant, you can become much more sensitive to caffeine. I was personally sensitive to caffeine before I got pregnant, but now when I sip even a low caffeinated iced tea, I start zooming after like two sips and can’t have anymore.

Honestly if you have a glass it's not going to hurt you if that's all you drink all the time with like shots of espresso then maybe it's not too good just do and eat what you would normally do not pregnant just in moderation
