Ughh...

I’m so frustrated. This was our first month TTC with femara. I knew it would be a struggle but my gyn called me yesterday and said my progesterone level was low so I didn’t ovulate this month. I haven’t been doing my bbt. I’ve only been checking my LH at home and baby dancing accordingly. Oh and we use preseed each baby dance. But my question is how is it that I didn’t ovulate when I got three days of positives then it dropped after my predicted period. And I’ll post the picture below. Any comments or advice will be of help from you ladies!
