Shingles
Has anyone else had shingles shortly after giving birth?
They’re not anywhere near my breast or anywhere baby can reach, but I touched them before they were blistered or knew they were shingles and did touch baby after, I’m sure. I can’t stop freaking out.
I am so upset. I feel like I can’t touch my own baby and I’m still breastfeeding.
