Orgasms after d&e

I know you arent allowed to stick anything up the vagina a week or two after the procedure but has anyone had it done for miscarriage purposes and a week later had an orgasm by clitoris stimulation? I'm just trying to relieve some stress as my fiance and I can't have sex yet. Waiting out sex for another week just to be safe. I want to ask my doctors but their offices are closed atm but I will ask on monday once they open. In the meantime asking on here for anyone who've experienced it.
