Swelling above incision ...?

Hi everyone, just had my 4th c section on 09/04. I’m healing very well, no pain, however ABOVE the incision is swollen, the incision itself is great.. no swelling redness or pain. But above the incision is swollen, no pain no redness but definitely swollen. When I was discharged the doctors said it’s ok but if I see any redness or draining to call, which makes sense but is this normal? This didn’t happen with the other 3 c sections I have had. Just wondering about others experiences. Thanks in advance
