infertility scare?

i’m 17 and i experience a lot of things i don’t think is right with my body, i’ve used birth control in the past and the pill, the jab everything has kind of messed with my body and my cycle and i’m getting kind of nervous that maybe in the future i won’t be able to have kids because my periods are irregular and i have had my period for 6 years and i’m starting to get really bad cramps... am i just over thinking? should i be worried? should i see a doctor?
