Thoughts?

opk had peak fertility 4 days in a row on cycle days 20-23. Pretty sure I ovulated on 03/09/19. Sore breasts 4DPO, more so when I touch my nipples but breast tissue feels bumpy on side in one spot.

Thoughts? Could this be an early pregnancy sign or too early and probably AF?
