Baby no. 2

How did you know you were ready for baby no. 2?!

Me and my partner are talking about having another baby, I want more kids but every time we have sex and he finishes inside me I freak out internally, I don’t know why, we’re financially great, great house plenty of room, our son is 1 and 2 months he’s great sleeping through no problems but for some reason I don’t know if I’m ready, but will I ever be ready? I don’t know why being pregnant is scaring me so much but I am just terrified of being pregnant and having another c section!! Has anyone gone through this?!
