Keto diet results 6 weeks in...
About 8 weeks ago I had a miscarriage, unknown cause- baby just stopped growing, so I ate my feelings for about a week. My husband and I took some time off to mourn and decide where to go from there. We decided we wanted to get healthy and lose some weight before we try again. It's been 6 straight weeks of Keto, minus two cheat meals- a girl likes her Teryaki😂.
