Can someone help me read my PCOS results?

I know I have PCOS, but can someone break down the medical pieces of this ultrasound? Are my results very far off from being what’s considered normal? My doctor says my next step is my HSG test and that’s fine but since I go long without periods that makes me play the waiting game and it’s making me extremely depressed..

How much did your partner pay for semen analysis? Did you still have to do an analysis after you were confirmed PCOS and did HSG and all the blood work done?
