Breast reduction? Pros and cons

Help me rule out if I should try to get it done or not. 
Im 5" 3 and 169 lbs my boobs is 40dd 
My back hurts so much. 
Have kid might want another baby later an would be breastfeeding again or pumping so how does getting it done is it worth it or not.

I would get a triple check that you are wearing the correct bra size, meaning not go to H&M or Victoria secret to get fitted, but a real specialty quality bra place! There's a huge difference between wearing a 40DD or a 36F, yes it's sister sizes, but it's absolutely not the same when it comes to give you the correct support. 
I went from a 44D to a 38GG, and bang my back problems and migraines was gone.

You probably wouldn't be able to breastfeed with a reduction. It's best to wait until after you're done having babies since breasts change so much during pregnancy.

My cousin did it bc she thought she was done having kids then she got remarried and had another baby and she really struggles to breastfeed bc she lost almost all feeling in her nipples. :( and her baby is colicky they can’t find anything that works for her so what she really needs is breast milk sadly. I would wait until you’re for sure done having kids
