Faint line yesterday at 6pm on a strip but negative with fmu and negative first response this afternoon?

Can anyone advise- should I just wait a few days and rest again? Or is this a sign I’m most likely not pregnant ?

Had cramping for 3 days straight- on and off not painful but there and stabbing. Faint line was at 6pm on a strip cheapie. It was 100% there! Used a strip cheapie this morning and I’m sure it was negative ( May have been a faint line I really was unsure!)

Tested again this afternoon at 2:30pm on a FRER and I couldn’t see a thing... any ideas?

Only 8/9dpo so I think it’s just too early and I’m just driving myself crazy but you girls know how it is
