Bad friend

My friend and I are roommates and we split all bills. Problem is that she’s moved her sister and 6 kids in without my permission or even talking to me about it first. The apartment is getting torn apart & we’ve only been there 3 months. The brand new sofa set is in terrible condition from them. Would i be a bad friend if I forfeit the lease & tell them that there are too many people living in a TWO bedroom apartment? & move into my own? Or should I ask her when they’re leaving? They are really close so I haven’t asked because I don’t want to come off as rude. She literally doesn’t see a problem here.
