Desperate for Help
I am 5’5”. Have two children, my youngest is 18 months. I am 200 lbs and have tried pretty much EVERYTHING short of surgery to lose weight. I have tried six small meals a day. Three meals with snacking. Thermogenics, fasting, water fasting, cutting ALL processed foods and drinks, protein meal replacements, high protein low fat. I am unable to workout due to a back injury. Please I am desperate for any advice. I fell sick being this fat. Especially around my kids.
