2nd IUI cycle with Trigger shot.. Could this be?

Okay ladies. This is my second

IUI cycle with Femara/Follistim Combo. (Had 2 mature follicles on my right ovary!)

I had my trigger shot Thursday the 29th at 9pm (12 days ago) and went in on the 31st at 9 am to have the procedure (estimating 10 DPO).

Is it safe to say that this is a positive pregnancy test OR could it be left over Ovidrel? I did some research and it’s saying I should be good, but I wanna make sure before I get too excited!

The line is faint, but it’s there and pics were taken right at the 3 min mark (line showed up around 1 1/2 mins). Can I get excited? TIA.

Also been having on and off cramps since last Friday.
