I need help 😥

So usually I have a normal 28 day cycle last month was a normal 6 day period , my periods are ALWAYS on time . This month I started spotting on cycle day 23 which was the 8th of this month I'm still spotting now it keeps going away and coming back . Im not due for my period till the 15th I took a pregnancy test this morning it was negative. Am I just having a weird period ? Or is it still to early & I should just go to the docter to make sure I'm good? Idk wtf is going on 😣
