Help!!
So I’m 8w5d pregnant and as of yesterday I’ve been getting a taste of the whole “morning” sickness. But ever since I found out I was pregnant, I haven’t had any type of appetite for food. Sometimes I’m fine but I’ll have days where I won’t eat until about 6pm because of how sick I feel. And now I can’t keep anything down without throwing it up right after 🥺🥺 does anyone have any ideas to help? Maybe things to eat to help with the sickness? I’ve been trying to stay hydrated but water is about the only thing that I can tolerate right now.
