Waking up in the middle of the night ready to play

Ugh we need help! My 22 month old has never been a great sleeper, waking up often for the bottle and then falling right back asleep. Now she’s waking up around 2 or 3am and is super wide awake ready to hang out and will not go back to sleep with her bottle. I know we shouldn’t indulge her when she does it but I’m sad for her and for us. Listening to her cry is heartbreaking 😭
