Are you guys okay with strangers touching your babies ?

I was making the line at TJMAXX with the baby in his stroller and this lady behind me was staring at the baby then she started talking

“ oh he’s so adorable and so well behave”

How old is he? I said thanks and that he is 12 weeks. She said “oh he’s so long that what makes him look more mature” and she kept complimenting the baby. Then she grabbed his fingers. I felt so weird and didn’t want to be rude. I think she should’ve ask if it was okay to touch him. I just washed his hands as soon a we got out of the store because he like bringing his hands to his mouth.
