Ultrasounds, blood tests, clomid, iui

Had my hsg test done last month, was hoping for a bfp this month but got af instead. I start my clomid/iui journey tomorrow w my baseline ultrasound. Any tips on keeping calm and focused thru all of this? It seems so overwhelming
