I’ve read that you should have sex a lot between when af leaves and until you are expecting af again because you want your body to know and think of sex as a beautiful thing not just when you’re ovulating. If that makes sense? I’m going to try this cycle for myself. Best of luck!

Do you track your ovulation using tests or just the prediction from this app? Because what the app gives you is just a prediction. To know for sure when you ovulate you should use opk's that way you know for sure when to BD.
