Should I be worried?71 day cycle...

Question

I stopped the pill late April, had my normal (3....1 being the withdrawal bleed I’m assuming) periods up until July which is when I had my last one.
July 4th was the start of my last period.
Did I lose my period... or could it be something more? 
I never had a “normal” cycle before the pill... like 30-40.. MAYBE 50 days a cycle.. but nothing like this.
I was on the pill for just over 2years.
*** not pregnant!!! Took a test yesterday

The opposite happened to me I had a 2 1/2 month period! OB prescribed progesterone for 1 week and then I was good.

It seems like I’m the only one who didn’t lose my period after going off the pill. 🤨🤨

It took 2 months for my periods to come back when I stopped the pill after almost 10 years. Then I was having regular cycles but then a couple of months I missed one again. I’ve been back to normal for the last few months, however I’m now 4 days late so waiting to test tomorrow! Hope your periods sort themselves out x
