SSG test

Hi has anyone done ssg test. I have sunday appointment to describe how would they do and all. I have scheduled on Monday morning for this test.

But I need some info before that ease my mind off. I am more anxious so want to feel better. Thanks for help in advance.

Would it be painful? How much time does it take? Should we take any precautions before test or after. Help pls
